Program Access Policy

Effective Date: January 7, 2024

1. What’s Included While You’re Enrolled in Genesis Courses

While you are an active member of Genesis Courses, you have full access to:

Genesis Training Vault – Jacques’ step-by-step training on building an online course business from the beginning.
Personal Feedback on Your Work – Submit your work after each module and receive personalized reviews and clear action steps from our coaching team.
Office Hours with Jacques – Live group calls twice a month to ask questions, troubleshoot roadblocks, and get direct input from Jacques.
Support from Jacques’ Expert Team – Access our strategist, copywriter, and social media coach for specialized help in key growth areas.
Proven Templates & Scripts – Done-for-you sales page, webinar, and email templates—plus Jacques’ complete email funnel scripts responsible for over $4M in sales.
AI Tools (Powered by Our Frameworks) – Custom-built tools and prompts to help you brainstorm, plan, and create faster using Jacques’ proven frameworks.
Private Community – A distraction-free space to connect with like-minded course creators, get support, celebrate wins, and stay accountable.
Piano In 21 Days 6.0 – Access to Jacques’ flagship piano course to see a successful course business from the inside or learn piano for yourself.

2. Program Term and Access

Genesis Courses is a 12-month program. After your initial 12-month commitment, you may choose to continue month-to-month at the current rate offered to alumni.
Month-to-month access requires uninterrupted payments. If you cancel or miss a payment, all access ends immediately.
Access to program content, coaching calls, expert support, AI tools, templates, and the private community is available only while your enrollment is active and payments are current.
Once your enrollment ends, you lose access to all program materials and recordings, including the Genesis Training Vault on Skool.

3. Pausing and Re-Enrolling

We do not offer the ability to “pause” your membership. If you choose to leave and return later, you must re-enroll at the current program rate and under current terms.
Re-enrollment is subject to availability and approval.

4. No Lifetime Access

Enrollment in Genesis Courses does not include lifetime access to any content unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase. Continued access requires continued enrollment.

5. Changes to Program Inclusions

We may make improvements or adjustments to the program over time. The core promise of coaching, training, and community support will remain, but specific tools, templates, and session formats may evolve to best serve members.
